I’ve been working as an independent facilitator for 20+ years and I remember how it felt in those early days. I knew I was a great facilitator, but I had no experience growing a business.

Things like what to charge and how to attract new clients were completely foreign to me. And because I had no-one to bounce ideas or ask advice, I was making it up as I went along.

Through sheer grit and determination, I eventually got there. I built—and sold—a successful facilitation business. I won a bunch of awards for my training and facilitation. I even got invited to speak on a cruise ship.

But looking back—it was a tough road, full of mistakes, and no-one to turn to for advice.

That’s why I started The Facilitators Network.
To make sure other trainers and facilitators had what I needed all those years ago.

Live Sessions with Kerri every month.
Every month Kerri jumps online to host a Live ‘Ask Me Anything’ Session. You get to ask Kerri questions about anything related to facilitation or growing a facilitation business. Plus, the Ask Me Anything Sessions are recorded, so if you can’t make it live, you can watch the recording in your own time. Kerri is also really active in the private community platform, so you can ask her anything there too!

Each month we host 2-3 online meet-ups where we focus on a different aspect of facilitation or building a facilitation business. The meet-ups are like mini-workshops and are facilitated by different people, on different days, to suit different schedules. Plus, the meetups are all recorded, so you can dip in and out in your own time.

Job Alerts and Referrals.
Kerri is regularly approached by businesses and organisations looking for a facilitator (or facilitators) around a specific topic, or in a specific location. Where the request lines up with a just a few people, Kerri makes a personal e-introduction to help you get a foot in the door. Where the request might fit many of our network members, it is posted in our Job Alert board, so members can get in touch directly. Lots of our network members have got their first few clients through a network referral.
