I Am Being – Posters

52 A4 size posters to download, print out and use in your own sessions. Each poster has a main word that describes a ‘way of being’, and in the background there are other words that might be used to flesh-out or articulate the word in a different way. These posters can be used in a variety of contexts including:

• Supporting teams to identify and articulate team values
• Helping workshop participants identify how they want ‘be’ in the session OR for a specific conversation
• Encouraging robust discussion or evaluation where each person takes on a different ‘way of being’ to explore possibilities
• Supporting teams to identify and articulate the values they see in their team mates

While the Conversation Prompt Cards are most often used with instructions like ‘Choose a card to represent…” the Posters are most often used as place-markers around the room. In this way you can invite participants to “Stand by the poster that represents…” Same types of discussions, but facilitated in different ways.
