Exploring the Emotional Culture Deck

There’s been some chatter in the community about the Emotional Culture Deck (ECD), so I thought it would be interesting to hear from some of our trained ‘Elephant Riders’ and explore how the deck works first hand. Our very own Rebecca and Kathryn will run us through a couple of ECD activities, and then lead a Q&A session. You might have questions around how the deck can be used, as well as more business related questions about certification or the like.
