I mean, you know what your workload looks like, but how busy are other facilitators and what kind of work are they doing? How do your workshops and your facilitation style measure up against what else is on offer? Where is the gap in the market? What are people are charging? And is it really possible to earn a good income doing this stuff?
When I first started The Facilitators Network, it was all about giving facilitators a chance to connect, learn and grow together. I thought I’d be supporting facilitators to hone their facilitation craft. What I didn’t realise, is that the network would also support facilitators to grow their business.
When you spend time with other facilitators, you notice where you have room to grow. You get to test assumptions about what clients will pay, and you build your confidence around what’s possible. You get referred work from others because they’ve had a chance to get to know, like and trust you, and bottom line— you build your bottom line.
At its core, The Facilitators Network is still about supporting facilitators to be exceptional at their craft, but getting more work, more often, for more dollars is a happy side-effect!

We run a range of both in-person and online workshops to help facilitators develop their skills. Members receive between 15-50% discount (with the occasional workshop being offered for FREE!) Members also hear about workshops before anyone else, so when spaces are limited, you get the first chance to register.

We regularly receive enquiries from businesses or organisations looking for facilitators in their area, or facilitators who specialise in particular areas of work. We love joining the dots and connecting people to work they love! Where the brief might fit many of our members, we post job/gig opportunities in our online community for you to connect directly. Our members are also active in referring each other for possible work. The more you get involved in the community, the more easier it is for people to refer you.
