In this 2-day in-person workshop, you will:

It’s hard to do a great job at the front of the room, if you’re not sure what that job is supposed to look like. We’ll spend some time exploring the fundamentals of facilitation and where your responsibility starts and ends as a facilitator. When you know what great looks like, it’s much easier to achieve it.

Learn how to design a workshop that will maximise engagement and minimise the risk of challenging behaviours.
Positive engagement doesn’t happen by accident. If you want people engaged in your session, you need to create a space—and a process—that allows that to happen. We will explore a bunch of different tools, structures and activities that when put together, give you the best chance of a positive experience in the room.
