Great facilitation requires a well thought-out sequence of discussions. Learn how to design a step-by-step meeting or workshop that ensures participants are taken on a logical journey. It’s about more than setting an agenda; it’s about creating a process that encourages engagement and brings everyone on the journey together.

Simple tools for encouraging open discussion, collaboration and consensus.
There is more to open discussion than flipcharts and sticky dots. In this workshop you will gather a bunch of activities, frameworks, tools and techniques for enabling meaningful discussion and decision-making. When you have a variety of options in our back pocket, you can choose the right tool for any situation.

Practical techniques for managing workshop challenges and disruptions.
Not everyone arrives at a workshop with an open mind and ready to engage. Discover techniques for managing challenging behaviour, disrupting power dynamics, and keeping the workshop on-time and on-track. Learn how to work with people who don’t want to be there or are there for all the wrong reasons. No more going around in circles or having one person take all the air-time!
