Facilitated by Kerri Price – Founder, The Facilitators Network
Establishing clear expectations about how a group will meet or ‘workshop’ together is one way to encourage positive participation and front-foot the risk of poor behaviour. However, there is a constant tension between assuming the best of people and treating the group as adults AND recognising that not everyone has the same idea of what positive participation looks like.
In this meet-up we will explore different ways of establishing group agreements at the start of a session, and how we might use those agreements to bring the session back on track if required.
