Fostering Engagement with Large Groups

Most of us are comfortable facilitating workshops or meetings with 10-20-ish people, but what happens when you need to facilitate discussions with 50, 70, 100 people in the room? While many of the core principles are the same, being able to hold space for large groups requires a different set of tools and techniques.  In this meet-up, we will explore simple tools and ideas for ensuring large groups stay engaged and participating in a positive, productive way.
